Buyer & seller guide

How Taskvelo works

A marketplace is only as good as its trust. Every order here moves through the same five stages, and your money stays protected until the very last one.

Escrow, in plain language

Your payment is never sent directly to a seller. It is parked, protected, and released only on your say-so.

You pay

$100.00 leaves your wallet and is locked in escrow.

Seller works

They see “funded” and start the clock — but cannot withdraw the money.

You accept

The payout is released minus the platform commission.

Or you dispute

Funds stay frozen while our team decides how to split them.

For clients

Hiring

Five steps from search to signed-off work.

Start browsing
  1. 1

    Find the right gig

Search by keyword, category, budget and delivery time. Every card shows the starting price, the seller rating and how fast they deliver.

  2. 2

    Pick a package

Each gig offers up to three packages — Basic, Standard and Premium — with different scopes, turnaround times and revision counts.

  3. 3

    Pay into escrow

The full amount leaves your wallet the moment you order and is frozen by Taskvelo. The seller can see the order is funded but cannot touch the money.

  4. 4

    Answer the requirements

Sellers ask a few questions when you create the gig. Your answers start the delivery countdown, so be as specific as you can.

  5. 5

    Review the delivery

Accept and complete to release the payment, request one of your free revisions, or open a dispute if the work is wrong.

For freelancers

Earning

Publish once, get paid repeatedly.

Become a seller
  1. 1

    Publish a gig

Write a title that names the outcome, describe exactly what you deliver, and add a strong cover image. The wizard takes about five minutes.

  2. 2

    Set three packages

A cheap Basic pulls clicks, a well-priced Standard earns most orders, and a Premium anchors the value. Prices must rise across tiers.

  3. 3

    Receive orders and offers

Orders land in your studio the second a client pays. You can also negotiate a bespoke scope and send a custom offer from the inbox.

  4. 4

    Deliver before the deadline

Upload files and write a delivery note. Your progress bar and the client’s countdown are driven by the same deadline.

  5. 5

    Get paid

When the client accepts — or after 3 days of silence — the payout lands in your wallet, minus a 10% platform fee.

Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask us before their first order.

The moment you submit your requirement answers, not when you pay. That way a seller never loses time waiting for details.
After 3 days of no response the order completes automatically and the seller is paid. Raise a revision or dispute before then if something is wrong.
Either side can open a dispute on a delivered order. The payment stays frozen and an administrator reviews the conversation, the delivery and the gig description, then splits or refunds the funds.
Cancelling before requirements are submitted refunds your wallet instantly. After work starts, refunds are handled case by case through a dispute.
From the wallet page, using PayPal, bank transfer, Wise or another method. Requests above $20.00 are reviewed by an administrator and marked paid once sent.
No. Creating an account and publishing gigs is free. Taskvelo only earns when you do — a 10% commission on completed orders.
